United Way 5k Fun Run/Walk Registration Is Open by: Amy Collins posted: Tuesday, September 27, 2016 This event will be held on: Thursday, October 13th Rockwell Collins Recreation Center Sports Park 5K Run/Walk will begin at 4 p.m. The purpose for this event is to: 1. Provide a fundraising venue for the United Way 2. Provide a team-building event outside Rockwell Collins 3. Have fun in the 3nd Annual "Rockwell Collins United Way 5k Fun Run/Walk" This Fun Run/Walk will have a running clock at the beginning and the end of the run - but is not intended to be a race. There will be NO posted times or results at the completion of the run. There will, however, be a traveling trophy awarded to the Rockwell Collins Organization that has the greatest participation rate, so please include your Point-of-Contact and Organization on the Registration form. "Employees" are (Current Rockwell Collins Employees, Contractors, Retirees, and Co-op Students) Participation fee is $30.
